The heart behind Learning with Sasha
Sasha was a black English Labrador, a much-loved member of Andres’s family and his loyal friend for 13 years. She was remarkably intelligent, gentle and loving. This platform commemorates her by carrying forward the patience, companionship and lessons she brought into everyday life.
She taught through loyalty, curiosity and quiet companionship. Now Sasha helps other people learn.
A new life in Cartagena
From approximately 2013, Cartagena became her home. She loved the beach and spent the rest of her life there.
Thirteen years of companionship
Sasha’s life continues to inspire a learning experience built around patience, encouragement and care.

Agatha was there first
Agatha was a golden-coloured Labrador who was already part of the family before Sasha was born. She became Sasha's companion and shared the early years of Sasha's life. Agatha was born in 2007 and died around 2015 or 2016; those dates are remembered approximately.
In Junior activities, Agatha may sometimes appear beside Sasha as a friendly playmate. Sasha remains the teacher and the voice of the learning experience.
The beach
Cartagena’s beach was one of Sasha’s favourite places.
Fruit and vegetables
She enjoyed fruit and vegetables and approached life with curiosity.
Car journeys
Sasha loved being in the car and accompanying Andres through the working day.
Construction-site companion
She often went to work with Andres at construction sites and waited patiently in the car.
Smart enough to honk
When she became bored or needed a bathroom break, Sasha knew how to sound the car horn to ask for attention.
Intelligent and loving
Above all, Sasha was exceptionally smart, deeply loving and part of the family.
